The Problem
Climb Hire is a nonprofit that helps overlooked job seekers break into tech through training and certification programs. The challenge was reaching people who didn't know opportunities like this existed and convincing a skeptical audience that this program was the real deal in a sea of sketchy online courses.

What I Designed
I built out the full campaign ecosystem: Instagram ads in carousel and single formats, Google display ads across every major size and ratio, a dedicated landing page, and a redesigned link-in-bio page to replace their existing Linktree.

Building Trust From the Ground Up
The biggest UX challenge on the landing page was skepticism. People who've been overlooked by traditional career paths have been burned before. To earn their trust I put real graduates front and center - written testimonials, video stories, real faces. No stock photos. The Climb Hire brand was applied consistently throughout to signal credibility and permanence. This wasn't just another online course and the design had to prove it.

The Linktree Problem
Data told the story: people were dropping off at the Linktree before completing their entry interview. The options were confusing, the path wasn't clear. I replaced it with a dead-simple custom landing page with just two choices, IT Program or Digital Marketing Program. That single UX decision removed friction at the most critical moment in the funnel.
The Outcome
The campaign didn't just meet expectations - it blew past them. Qualified applicants reached 108% of target, and total applications came in nearly 50% higher than planned.
