Katy actively uses AI tools throughout her design process, from using ChatGPT for research, content strategy, and ideation, to exploring AI-assisted features in Figma. She's drawn to how AI can remove friction and open up new ways to solve problems faster and more creatively.

Her secret weapon in all of it? The ability to slow down, lean in, and focus on the person in front of her, understanding what they actually need, not just what they asked for.
